The Owi-535 Robotic Arm Edge Kit brings the world of robotics into your living roum with this commandable robot arm, that can be opened and closed on the press of a remote controller button. It has a radial wrist motion of 120 degrees, an elbow range of 300 degrees, vertical reach of 15 inches, base motion of 180 degrees and a horizontal reach of 12.6 inches.
These large ranges of motion provide you with full flexibility in performing various robotic maneuvers. The Owi Robotic arm is also cable of lifting up to 100 grams, so can hold and move many every day objects placed before it.
There is a search light on the gripper as well as an audiable safety gear indicator featured on all 5 gear boxes, to prevent potential injury or gear breakage while it is in operation. This toy is designed for kids from 10 years and over.
Other nice features that are included is a USB interface that can communicate with compatible software (not included), but when installed offers integrated programming that can expand the capabilities of the owi robotic arm edge even further.
